Dimitrios is director of Coeus, he is a fully qualified Architect and a certified Project Manager.

Architecture

He started his career in Edinburgh as an architectural technologist and having gained valuable experience detailing buildings across the North and Midlands made the transition to architecture and London to further improve and test his design, technical and management abilities.

Dimitrios was an Associate at Claridge Architects leading the high-end homes and residential developments divisions. He gained significant experience managing the practices most valuable contracts and high-net worth clients whilst collaborating with some of the foremost consultants in the UK and Global Market. Some of his projects include residences in Knightsbridge, Belgravia and Chelsea together with residential developments in Hampstead, Putney, Queens Park and elsewhere.

His portfolio at Claridge Architects includes Hospitality (London and Hull) and Student Accommodation (Kingston and Southampton) projects.

His last stop working for a practice was Purcell UK where he worked as part of an international team to deliver high end buildings in Mayfair and Belgravia.

Property Development

In 2015 he moved to Epsilon Real Estate Partners where he was able to follow one of his passions of realising projects at the source.

Being employed by a Real Estate company allowed him to influence the outcome of the project across its lifespan working alongside developers and private clients to formulate the project’s brief and set the design parameters early. He managed the design and construction process delivering buildings with GDV ranging from £6.5m up to £40m.

In 2017 he founded Coeus as a Design Studio working alongside property developers, assisting in the preparation of planning, tender and construction documents whilst continuing to act as Design and Technical Director for Hamilton Court Developments

In the second half of 2018 Dimitrios focused exclusively his attention on COEUS and the company’s services expanded to include Development and Project Management.

In 2020 the company introduced construction services to offer a complete turnkey solution.
