Architecture / Project Management / Contract Administration – 3,500 ft2 office refurbishment (Cat B).
The brief entailed the alteration of the internal layouts to suit the changing needs of the existing companies, the refurbishment of the meeting rooms and the upgrade of mechanical and electrical services.
All companies had to remain in operation without disturbing their day to day activities. The contract was completed by carrying the majority of construction activities out of hours.
Preparation of Architectural packages for license to alter, tender and construction. Coeus conducted all negotiations to obtain landlords consent to alter internal layouts and Mechanical and Electrical services.
As part of our services we managed the Tender process and adminstered the JCT contract.
